My work focuses on regulating the nervous system first.

Through breathwork and sound, we work directly with the body’s stress response, calming activation, releasing stored emotional charge, and restoring stability.

 

Coaching then supports integration. I help you reconnect to clarity, boundaries, and grounded self-trust in daily life. This isn't about forcing positivity. It's about restoring enough internal safety that real, lasting change becomes possible.
